About me

CANGUR is a brand created by a couple of artists: Angelina and Łukasz Jankowski—who make films under the name LukinoFilm instagram.com/lukinofilm

All items produced here are created in the spirit of sustainable fashion. We do not overproduce. We always create one-of-a-kind pieces and small batches.

A small handicraft workshop in Poznań—this is where all CANGUR bags, fanny packs, and accessories, as well as Angelina’s costume and set designs, are created. All are designed and entirely handmade.

The materials we use are 100% upcycled—we source them from our own theater and film projects and salvage materials we find interesting from junkyards and thrift stores.

I design bags the way others keep diaries—I collect scraps of fabric, clean them, and reassemble them. I add new stories to those that have almost faded away. I set them in motion by inviting them on a new journey.

A travel bag, one for everyday use and for special occasions—start exploring and dreaming of sustainable development with your own CANGUR bag today!

The CANGUR Workshop is a modern take on a leathercraft studio focused on original designs. We are part of Poznań’s Zaułek Rzemiosła and the Pakamera handmade goods platform pakamera.pl/cangurand Etsy etsy.com/shop/CangurStore

We showcase our items at fairs and during workshops. You can also email us at store@cangur.pl if you’d like to order something special

What if, after trying it on, you realize that our wonderful bag or backpack isn’t quite what you imagined? No worries—we accept returns. Check out our stores for all the details.

We use international DPD, UPS, or FedEx—a fast and secure option (insured, fully trackable, reliable). We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible (within 1–3 days), and then the courier works their magic to deliver them to you (usually within 2–7 days, depending on your location). You’ll be able to track the status of your order at all times, but I’m always here to answer any questions and offer a little extra care.

Every design is created in accordance with the principles of upcycling, making each piece one-of-a-kind. We work with materials intended for recycling, complementing them with new additions. We create custom pieces and in small batches. Each item is unique and carries its own story.
Upcycling involves creating objects from second-hand materials. It is a process of giving new meaning to what has been discarded—fabric scraps, forgotten materials, “unnecessary” items. It is a way to give them a second life and increase their value. And at the same time, it is a real solution to overproduction, which has become one of the most serious problems of the modern world.
